Policy

All diagnostic service will attract a minimum fee of $1500.00 JMD plus GCT (non-refundable), whether item is repaired or not.

Items left to be repaired or diagnosed must be collected within 7 days of completion. The Service Centre will not be responsible for any item not collected after 7 days. Unclaimed items will be disposed of, after 21 days.

All parts ordered will take a minimum of 3 weeks to be delivered.

A 60% deposit is required on all parts ordered; the balance is due upon delivery of goods.

A 30 day warranty is offered on all parts supplied by The Service Centre.

Manufacturer warranty does not cover: Physical damage, viruses, and file deletion or backup services.

The Service Centre accepts no responsibility for any loss data, as such we require customers to do their own backup.
